There’s a new video for “Human Error” by We Were Promised Jetpacks over at Stereogum.

According to AV Club, Craig Finn will release a single from his new solo album on Record Store Day.

My friend Eric is playing a Jawbreaker tribute show tonight over at the Lucky Gator Loft. Go check it. So, of course, I’ve been listening to a ton of Jawbreaker today:

Deer Tick’s new album is streaming over at Spin. Upon first listen, they seem to have distanced themselves from their alt-country debut by moving toward an up tempo rock sound.

In today’s edition of bands that I forgot existed, I present June of 44. They formed in 1994 and broke up in 1999. I remember listening to this band in high school but I completely forgot about them until this song came on my iPod today:
